It is for the information of all concerned that the forthcoming 9th International Conference “RECENT TRENDS IN BIO AND MATERIAL SCIENCES” being organized by HSCA during 23-24 September 2022 at Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, has been rescheduled due to the visit of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India to Mandi on 24 Sept., 2022. Since, Mandi is a small hill town, delegates may face accommodation and transport related problems due to security reasons. So the conference can not be organized despite of all prior arrangements. This conference will now be organized on 10-11 Oct., 2022 at the same venue. Inconvenience is regrated.

About Conference

This is the 9th conference in the series on a theme ‘Science’ organized by Him Science Congress Association, Himachal Pradesh, India. This conference is being organized at Sardar Patel University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. This Platform provide opportunities for the delegates to exchange new research ideas, applications, research experiences, establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We invite abstracts with 200-300 words relevant to theme and scope of the conference.

Submission of Abstracts

The abstract of research work is invited for presentation in 9th International Conference of HSCA. Abstract should not be more than 300 words containing title, name of author, affiliation/Institution’s name followed by email id, keywords. Name of presenting author should be bold.

Guidelines
  1. Applicants must be the life member of HSCA.
  2. The participant below 40 years of age are eligible for Young Scientist Award.
  3. The participant below 35 years of age are eligible for Young Researcher Award.
  4. A Young Scientist can present only one paper in any one section.
  5. Full length paper will be evaluated by the experts and the selected Young Scientist/Researcher (max. of six) in each section will be invited to make oral presentation of their paper during 9th International Him Science Congress Association.
  6. The last date for receiving full length paper for young scientist/ researcher award is August 15th 2022 on the
    e-mail :  2022hsca@gmail.com.
  7. The final selection for the award will be made by a duly constituted committee (50% on the CV
    basis and remaining 50% on the basis of performance of the candidate during oral
    presentation) and the award will be given during the valedictory ceremony.
Awards
  • Best Oral as well as Poster Presentation Award (1st, 2nd and 3rd Position in each section) including two consolation prizes will be awarded during the valedictory session
  • Young Scientist/ Researcher Award (Guidelines for the young scientist/researcher award is on the website of HSCA (www.hsca.in)
